Please supply us with the materials specified below and a brief description of your project if you want an estimate for your rendering.

EXTERIOR RENDERING.

We need a set of drawings that include floor plans, elevations, and roof plans. If you have any requirements for the site where the building is, in this case, we need a site plan.

We accept all versions of the following programs: Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, PDF, or JPEG files. Feel free to send us what you have.

The finish schedule or just material samples, like a photo or link to the roofing material, a sample of the brick or siding board, and all other finishes.

INTERIOR RENDERING.

We’ll need all the drawings, such as the floorplans, interior elevations, and furniture plans.

– Section Architecture Drawing
– Mood Board, Material Board
– List of furniture (position, brand, product code, type, size) – List of material for top, wall, floor
– Other requests about time, style…

We accept CAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, and Revit files. The PDF or JPEG drawings and dimensioned sketches are acceptable to us.

The furniture schedule will be required, or as an alternative, you can send us all links to the new furniture products you use in your design project.

Payment shall be made in 2 installments:

1st installment: We require a 70% prepayment at the beginning of our work on your project.

2th installment: You shall pay the remaining 30% of the total contract value after you get a pre-final rendering that takes into account all the previous corrections and comments we receive from you during our work.

Please notify us of ALL comments and corrections as soon as you see a mistake; this will assist you avoid any unexpected costs.

We are usually striving to send the final renderings to our clients within 15 business days with a 1500 meter square ( or 16145 ft²) project after the commencement of work. To estimate the turnaround time and cost of your project, please send us the drawings listed in the tab “Required materials”.

At the start of our collaboration, send the drawings that accurately depict your idea. The thorough information you provide regarding your design cuts down on our need to ask clarifying questions and speeds up our work.
