V-Ray for SketchUp 1.0.0

BALTIMORE, MD - November 09, 2005 - ASGvis announces that VRay for SketchUp 1.0.0 is in the early stages of development as native plug-in for SketchUp 5.

At SIGGRAPH 2005 ASGvis, LLC teamed up with the Chaos Group to give a preview of it's SketchUp to VRay plugin that bridges SketchUp from @Last Software to the standalone version of the V-Ray rendering system. V-Ray will now be available as a plugin native to SketchUp. More prodcut details can be found at www.asgivs.com/VforS.html. SketchUp users in all fields will soon have access to a V-Ray for SketchUp beta testing program. An official date for V-Ray for SketchUp beta testing program and final release of the plugin will be announced in the coming weeks.

The retail price for Vray for SketchUp will be $799.00 USD for commercial version. Educational and Academic versions of the plug-in will retail for $250.00 USD.
