the ivy does look a bit odd, and yes a little too dark...i`ll see into it

I agree with Oanav, lose the ivy.
I love the render otherwise, nice lighting.

Very nice render, only thing that caught my eye in bad wat is the ivy - the way it is distributed looks wierd, at first I thought it was a poplar in front of the house. it is also too dark. I like the light from the inside on that large window.
