Try a higher rez output w/ more anti-aliasing. You have lots of artifacts... a perspective correction might not hurt either.

It looks a lot better than the first image. The crane is still very distracting IMO perhaps you can rotate it a bit so that it points to the right a little more. I also liked the reflections on the top floor from the first image a lot more than now. Other than that It's quite an improvement.
