Looks like some sort of psychedelic/experimental design. Pink roads make me think that realism wasn't a goal here!

Maybe its a good progress for the guy, you never know..
But I think its more about the administration & moderators then a work itself.
There need to be some "entry level" of work people can post here in gallery.

i hope you learn some more basic tutorials and work on your renders a bit more
as for specific comments , look at the work here and look at your image and spot the differences
