Not bad for a first render. It looks like you have some noise probably caused by your sampling settings being to low. Also, it doesn't look like there is any light coming from the windows. Make sure you have a vrayplanelight in every window, even if it's not turned up very high.

Good start to life in 3D. The image looks a little flat and needs more contrast. You have sun light coming through the windows but the areas around the window are not brighter than anywhere else in the scene.
