be careful with the lighting, it's obvious you use 1 giant lightsource in the night image- are you using mental ray? vray? simulate the lighting conditions correctly if you can actualy see the light source

The lower quality of image is due to the resolution. Here you can find pure renderings, with no postproduction effects and in higher resolution.

I like the overall design, but the image quality is very poor. I would also brighten a little bit the road and trees on the right. Like the glow on the building.
