I agree with you but there are always exceptions...!
You are right Gary..! I just find sometimes the comments are a little out of space...IMO....but I have to agree with you because from here we have so much to share and learn...Thank you!
I mean no disrespect but it seems at though you only post on this forum for praise and not for criticism. We are just trying to offer suggestions to improve the images but your responses are always like, "hey, the client liked it". Perhaps the client would like it even more with the suggestions implemented. Your renderings are always good, but there is always room for improvement. I am simply suggesting to take the crits a little more to heart and not immediately go on the defensive. Alright, I am done with my little rant here. :o) In all seriousness, keep up the good work.
Samu, I respect your opinion but I don't agree with it (Sorry too). I don't think you can find any building that is fresh constructed that has any aged decals and stains. On these photos there is a little dirt material and a little bump that can't be seen in this image size. Thanks for your comment!
Thank you Aubrey! Thank you Gary! The facade material has bump and dirt (can be seen) elements but 1st can't be seen in this resolution and 2nd isn't too heavy because these images are for selling purposes and nobody wants to buy sth that look old!!!
Haha.. commercial use! I agree that nobody wants to buy something that look old, but yours are too dull (Sorry). I've tried to add some decals and stains just to make it a little bit realistic and aged but the clients get furious LOL :) and the folowing time I trick it by placing some decals and stain not at the main objects but at the surrounding object, it results with the surrounding look worse so our building looks a lot better :) Just be careful not to overdo it :) Good luck
Thank you Mario for your comment. Maybe it's the camera's angle that shows the flatness you refer....But the client wanted it...
Prefer the night shot, the day shot looks a bit flat

Nice shots. The facade material is a little too flat and smooth. Perhaps add some texture or dirt.
I like the night shot.
