3ds Max, VRay, Photoshop
This project was done by Chris Grant and myself for a competition here at the office. The final set was around 12 images and was completed in a weeks time along side another courthouse competition with a 12 image submittal as well. I took the ropes on this one and Chris handled the other while assisting each other in placing plants, site development and other tasks.
The model was started in SketchUp by our design team and refined by us in Max throughout the design process. Our final scene had millions of VRay proxies as we got our hands dirty in learning VRayscatter fairly well during this project. Almost all of the trees and plants that you see are 3D. This had to be done because there was no single side of the building that wasn't rendered.
