Hi! Very nice materials and model. I also like the sun coming through the small window. I know it is the plan, not the render, but I might try to bright up the scene a bit, to shift the attention from the small kind of basement window to the nice materials and reflections of interior produced by some extra interior lighting.

I really like the style of the design and the rendering mood. The only thing is the blow out above the window I would maybe have cleaned it up with a soft brush in photoshop to make it less messy. But otherwise Well done
