Very nice for a beginner. IMO, you don't need 3d trees, or at least you don't need them in the background. You could eliminate all of those polys while photoshopping in a more realistic looking tree. Good Luck!

Autocad, 3dmax 2009 with vray

good day to all!

after downloaded a lot of 3d models and read tutorials on the net regarding vray, this is what i have learned. this is my very first time in rendering (esp. vray) and it's so happened that our client asked for a perspective drawing and i decided to apply what i have learned. i need your comments and suggestions to improve this work of mine most especially on the glass. i tried to put a hdri on the reflection/refraction environment slot and tried also just an image file(jpeg) but it looks like a mirror and i want to show some objects inside..reflection is mid black diffuse is black and refraction is white.. is my lighting,texturing/mapping okay?

is there a chance to avoid crashing the max when i add more than 3 3dtrees?i used the evermotion trees and converted it to proxy..my pc is only core2dou and have 2gb ram..

i used vraysky, vray sun and vrayphysical cam...

pls i need your great ideas guys coz i really want to learn and so inspired by your great works here..
