As a study for the new lighting technology "Lumen" of the Unreal Engine 5, the visualization of the Chinese architecture office "Archstudio" was created. Due to the openings in the ceiling and the large window front, the building offers a lot of space for the incidence of natural light and manages almost entirely without artificial lighting. The texture of the concrete walls is brought to life by the sunlight and the dynamic illumination of the sun turns the structure a warm orange at dusk.
Thanks to "Nanite", another new system from UE5, it was possible to display an extremely high density of vegetation even in real time at liquid frame rates. The introduction of these new revolutionary technologies allowed us to realize this atmospheric visualization, which reveals a unique atmosphere at any time of the day.
