Cool buildings, you have a nice pic going on. maybe it's just me, but I think you should consider showing the front building in shadow, try turning the sun around. the bushes in the front looks all exactly the same, i would rotate and scale some of them. the trees/bushes on top of the buildings, same thing. the sky i think is very undramatic, maybe change the sky to a more dramatic one with more clouds I really like your materials. the people looks a bit wierd, the couple to the left doesn't match in color, hue/saturation. the guy with the dog is about to walk straight in to the bushes. I also think you could add much more people into the scen to make it more alive. peace!
