Hey Jan, Nice realism.
My CC would be that it's very boring. Straight on shot. Kinda mono-tone.
If a development company wanted a picture for marketing I think they would want something more exciting. An off center shot to show off the ins and outs of the massing - more dramatic lighting.
That solitary tree in the grass is distracting because it's an odd shape
and it's so isolated. I think something more generic and thinner and more leafy like the trees on the left would be less distracting.
