Iagree with mu_688687. Otherwise it's nice.

It's looking nice but need to work on some portion like: 1. The men on the left reduce the motion blur it looks like he is running not walking and don't make him eye ball catching put blur on him and move him on the left. 2. Change the bump map of asphalt its looking like leather not asphalt. 3. Reverse your car motion blur car and blur should go vice-versa and put blur on the wheels as-well to get the feel of moving car.
