You have to pay attention to detail. The building is good but could be improved. The cars are really not good, they appear fake. You have to get a better road texture cause this one looks like sand. The sidewalk has no texture and curb is missing. I´d recommend you to look for reference images on the web. That´s the best way to have some idea for a realistic look. Good luck.
