Thank you, I plan to do a practice project on a famous building like this soon... .
Nice choice of architecture, nicely rendered. I'm assuming you used reference photos for the modelling, if so how did ensure that the model was completely accurate. Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm a beginner.
Well I had a book with a few sections and plans of the building , with some close up pictures of the structural details, but being a structure as complex as this one one or two sections are never enough I had to get as many reference pictures online as I could so I could get the model as acurate as possible but Itll never be 100% acurate . I hope I got close enough :)
Modelling, lighting, texturing & composition is excellent, I think the fire lacks the realism of the rest of the image though.
mmm well I used the Phoenix FD plugin for the first time ever in this render so maybe thats why, Ill thry to tweak it a little and make more tests to se if I can get it to look better. Thanks for the observation

He certainly has lovely architecture....my only comment on your renders is that the foilage seems off scale, leaves seem to big to me.
I see what you mean, taking a second look at reference images the one on the left is too big because I wantet do fill that portion of the image with it so I scaled it wrongly, maybe if I moved it closer to the camera and made it a little smalle it would look more real. Thanks a lot for the comment :)
