Ok, nice design... some little advices: Dont blur the people standing in front of the building since they are not moving and there should be no blurring... rework all the textures, especially the grass and asphalt of the street.... get away those cars or maybe find some that better suit the perspective of the image... and check if you can find a better background image... try to hide the horizon line with some trees or a wall or something...
