Like you said, there's plenty more to be worked on. I think maybe you should start finishing off whatever you have in mind, and re-post it here, and we'll take it from there. I shall watch this thread for your update! :) Good luck!

Design looks good. Try varying your floor texture, may be a wood texture or something to enhance your render!
