Yes. A.O. step was a problem with the railing. I used in 3ds Max the Override Material and there i put the vray-light material + vray dirt. And the railing was rendered all in black color!. Do you know why? It was a problem to me

I think you've used Ambient Occlusion? Some of the shadows don't appear realistic - i.e. the railing
