Keep working, you will find your own style, desaturate the image in Photoshop will help you, but keep working and experiment with more materials.... CGtextures.com could help you with that! best luck next time...

Just a suggestion to avoid your thread getting flamed and downward spiraling as it already has I would re post your work in the WIP section. You wont see as many blunt and off topic comments in there, people are more likely to want to help you succeed rather than to make themselves feel better by putting you down. With that being said as some others have stated there are some key things to change in raising the quality of your image before its 'final', so focus on those things and go from there in the WIP section. I do not agree with rac. your rendering looks good but a few point. and the architecture is good too. just need a few more texture work. by days it will surely improve. :) happy start buddy!

A bluish tint is spoiling your image. actually it needs to be desaturated.

nice work but remove the green little bit, my eyesss the green is glow!!
