Very nice images, Dan.
I think it looks great! As someone who was born and raised in beantown, I like the concept and I'm looking forward to the future works!
^^ Thanks - Stay tuned!

Thanks AJ - Next on the list comes down to a 3-way tossup. I like the perspectival qualities of the Yawkey Center (especially wedged next to the horrid parking garage). Then there's the about-to-be-completed MGH Museum along Cambridge. To break away from MGH campus-related images, I've also got the West End Towers on the short list. Maybe I'll just draw from a hat and keep moving forward...
I think the illusion is because of the relation in plan between the hotel and the Mass. Eye & Ear Infirmary. Nice work. What's next on the list?
Interesting - I may have inadvertently created an optical illusion somehow? haha. I know that the camera setup is a 2pt perspective with a vertical shift to capture the building. Double checked the verticals in pshop just to make sure I wasn't going crazy...:p
It's good looking rendering. I'm questioning the 3 point perspective...you know, typically the top of the building would be squeezed. Are you using a really wide lens or something? I think my preference would be to correct the verticals.
Thanks Joseph! Thanks Stephane! I was also debating about that in the process... My first instinct was to go square format. I may hop back into photoshop one of these days and try some alternative crops...
Nice render and colors ! In my personal opinion, there is too much sky.
Simply nice! Great Job
