I think you can tone down your wall paper, its just to hard and strong. Make it more subtle, to bring out other design elements, one only pics up that intense pattern.

You have a very nice image here. I would reduce the reflection on the floor and possibly add some grout lines. Is that meant to be marble tile? Also, I would get rid of the books on the floor and the high heel shoes. These items are very cliche and IMO show up way too often in renderings. They dont add to the image and seem out of place. Also the conforter almost looks like fondant cake frosting. That could stand to be softened up a bit.
