I moved the sun around, which changed the rays. I'll have an opportunity later this week to make some changes. I'll work on the rays. Thanks for the comment
nice color scheme... in first "chicago-apartment" the light rays look somehow more real..i mean the light angle...now in option 3 the light rays almost come in horizontal...my eye is fixed on the ceiling light but since you have a warm sunshiny day u probably wont need much artificial light in reality..and i would push the painting back up like u had in option 1

Bobby, super nice rendering. I like your warm palette but I especially like the diffuse glow and subtle atmospheric rays of light coming through the window.
