Paul you are too tiring...Please find another to give critiques...ok Wise Man...Bye
i had a feeling you would be quick to take up that position, being so wrapped up in your own work and all. what does posting work have to do with anything ? i am an architect and instructor, not a professional visualization expert like you. seeing as you're so interested, you only have to look at my comments all over the forum (including one of yours) to see that i actually contribute meaningful content to quite a lot of discussions (but really what do i need to prove to you). now, compare that to most of your vacuous contributions to discussions. the criticism was directed at your constant self-promotion of your work at the expense of other threads, but keep on bumping your own threads though - clearly that gives you the satifaction you so desperately seek. you want to carry this further, take to PM where i'll carefully explain how this whole forum community actually works, and spare you any further embarrassment.
not quite true though, is it ? what you really meant to say was you'll keep bumping your own threads until your satisfied with the response. and what exactly makes your threads more important than all the others ? if people want to make comments they will - there is no need for you to be so desperate for approval and attention.
Paul please my friend, not be too aggressive and show us you work, because as I can see, till now you haven't...isn't it a little strange to critique and not be critiqued? End of conversation.-
I agree, it's all gone a little bit 'evermotion-y' on here Nothing against your work however Thanasis, I like it, especially the other render which I sent you a PM about. In fact perhaps I should post the question on here to get the thread into more of a decent discussion that people can learn from as Paul describes
Dave I agree and I must say I have learnt a lot from here. I have correct images after a few critiques...what Paul don't understand is that he is a bit aggressive.
When I don't get the respond I want, I bump every thread till I'll see if there is any interesting comment that could have a point.

it probably sounds like i'm picking on you, but i suppose this is something i've found more and more common on here of late. i'm used to discussions that have meaningful content, of which i like to give and receive knowledge and experience from. that is what makes this forum so special. perhaps it's just me, but i'm growing tired of the endless number of threads that appear to serve no other purpose than to attract attention and pat each other on the back to boost their ego.

When I don't get the respond I want, I bump every thread till I'll see if there is any interesting comment that could have a point. Now if a user just praise my work, of course I will thank him, but in any way I am searching to see if my work is acceptable, after examined by experts or not, professionals or hobbyist. So the problem is all yours and if you cannot find anything interesting here, you have the alternative way to leave and not to critique other user's way.
Because I send them at night and quickly fall down at the list. ok?
no, not really. you started this thread six days ago. you didn't get the response you wanted, so you bumped it the next day. then you bumped it again four days later. the lack of response could be for a few reasons, not least of which is that you have been posting quite a few projects of late, and don't really seem that interested in critical commentary of your work. your projects are of good quality, no doubt, but i get the impression that you are simply looking for comments like 'great work' and 'love it', which you dutifully reply with 'thank you' to each and every one of them (just to keep it up near the top again). it probably sounds like i'm picking on you, but i suppose this is something i've found more and more common on here of late. i'm used to discussions that have meaningful content, of which i like to give and receive knowledge and experience from. that is what makes this forum so special. perhaps it's just me, but i'm growing tired of the endless number of threads that appear to serve no other purpose than to attract attention and pat each other on the back to boost their ego. sorry, but that what it looks like to me.

.
curious why you feel the need to bump your own threads ? i've noticed this a few times now.
Neil, thank you for your comment my friend. Yes in this internet resolution you cannot see the tile joints, but in the high resolution that I have prepared for the client (4500x4500 - 300dpi) you can see everything!
It has a flat feel to it and that is for the tile joints not the overall image.
mmr = Thank you mmr for your comment...I like the glow as it is...what do you mean? Tempest1295 = Thank you! This is not a study or test..but final in order to be printed for the brochure of the tile company.
Cool textures, I like the darkness of the tiles on the floor and how they match with the seats. Is this just a texture study or test? John
it s nice, i wont comment on textures cz i assume you are being faithful to the original material. try improving the glow a bit.
