I like the composition/ framing of the camera. also the colors work nicely. I might soften the shadows a bit and add just a bit more ambient fill light in the night shot. Very nice work!

thanks for the comments....dark because its a night time and i dont think its necessary to make it bright.

Your exterior view is to dark. It's also a good idea to add some little stuff like books, glasses, vases. Best regards edit. I was talking about day time rendering.
