Great - I also find it photorealistic, but at the same time it has this soft, vintage, NPR look. Just like in http://www.cgarchitect.com/2012/07/snowy-night. Probably that's why I like it so much.

I think you are on to something with the camera angle. It is a little strange. I was client requested, and we just never changed it. Thanks for your feedback.

Technically, its very nice. Your image is very photorealistic and the tone mapping looks great.
I think the camera is a bit high, however. Also, due to the high camera, it is hard to differentiate between the roof and background mountains in some areas. It might be nice to lower the camera just enough to get the roof to contrast with the sky - accentuating the sense of depth. The side effect would be that you lose your background mountains which I am guessing were a client request.
