Thanks Mark. I think your comments re: the berberis shrubs and open window/ door are spot on. Might make a tweak to these images if I find the time. Cheers M

I like this set of images - the colouring/lighting is really honest and very good! Materials are nice too. If anything, I find the purple/burgundy shrubs a little repetitive and perhaps an open window or door would had added a further point of interest/focus. Really nice set of images though Matthew. Good Job

This image is taken from a private job I recently completed for a friend’s development company. The project, based in Putney in South West London, involved refurbishing the existing Brandlehow School caretaker’s cottage to produce several smaller flats.

This project gave me a fantastic opportunity to experiment with so much of the 3D techniques that I had learned since starting in architectural visualisation professionally. The images were produced using a combination of 3DS Max, Vray, Photoshop and After Effects (after effects was only really utilized to take advantage of a depth of field plug in.) The scene was lit using a VraySun and HDRI. My approach with these images has been to take a far more minimal approach with regards to post production. The vast majority of the work was done in 3D.
