Hi Arujn, there is no particular camera setting for any exterior and interior, it changes withe the scene requirement. But for starting you can set you camera with the following values.
# ISO - 100-150
# F-number - 3-4
# Shutter Speed - 15-20
# White Balance - Neutral
# And unchecked the vigneting.
About my lighting. I just put a vray sun in my scene and played with it.
