very nice - everything works well.
only comments would be that the seagull is distractingly big and getting mixed in with the shape of the mast and that maybe the outdoor sitting area wall could be softened by planters or a row of semi transparent trees. Maybe some more people walking on the dock - the wood lines are kind of severe.
