Thank you Milan for your advice. You are right. This image was produced four years ago in two days as part of a big group of images that we delivered in a weekend time frame. We couldn't apply enough post production. I want to keep exactly what we delivered.

you shouold boost image sampler when you rendering reflections and far away perspectives, so you can avoid that noise in backrgoround.
