Not necessarily, that hue could be generated by the chemical plant in the distance ;)

Either you building doesn't match the sky or the other way around- the sky does not correspond to they way the building's been lit.

Agree with above comments...plus I'd remove the birds. Got to say that is the coolest watertank I've ever seen though... wish my community's water tank looked like that.

I like. You should have textured uprights before bending or modified the uvw's. The line of the tile does not follow the curve of the object. This causes a clash with what your eye is expecting to see

a better angle of it would show the design better , i think
