I think the inclined roof in the middle of the building is going to gather water right next to the wall, and it doesn't matter how much they work on the connection and insulation there sooner or later you will have water going through your walls inside and down to the balcony.
thank you so much for the comment sir..there are remedies on the problem but i think its better to make it more functional that trying to maintain the design over functionality..^^
