Well........at first sight.......a little more contrasting may do a great help enhancing the lighting effect of the entire scene.

too bright, too much light - looks like its daytime needs alot more contrast.
weird composition choice putting that grey tree in the middle foreground as well

Hey, nice image!! nice colour tones and modeling!! the only thing i find weird is the glow from the led lights in the vertical stone volumes, they look a bit hard to me, if there is a foggy enviroment glow should like a cone and now looks like a lightspot, facing forward the camera, haha, it is hard to explain. Keep up showing good uruguayan renders!! cheers!
