the 2nd image does not improve at all. The sky still did not match with your rendered scene.why not u try another background images?

the shadows are very long; suggesting that it is very late or early in the day. Try a background with a warmer/more sunset look to it.

the sky is a bit saturated or blue-ish. The texture and lighting are good.well done!
