Why is the focus on the land surrounding the complex and not the complex itself? If the intent is to show a masterplan, I feel the image is too devoid of other objects to work. I would suggest zooming in on the complex to hint at some architectural details.

Very cool concept. Are those roads or foot paths running through the trees?
