Hello Alex - welcome to the boards.
Here's some comments:
1. The frame is too crammed and is creating visual tension. Consider either panning back to allow some breathing room between the edge of the image and the house, or zooming in for a more dynamic shot.
2. Scale issues. Right now there are several miscues that are making the house look like a scale model and detracting from the realism. For instance, your brick map is way to large. If these are supposed to be standard bricks, stacked 3 high = 8" and should be 8" wide. Counting them up and over your garage door is only 7' x 10'. I'd have a hard time parking a prius in there.
3. Materials are really flat. You need bump, reflections, variation, etc. I'd spend some serious time focusing on this.
4. The landscape seems odd as well. If this is supposed to be xeroscaping, the grasses really wouldn't grow there. That aside, they are sparse and oddly arranged. They need grouping and order to make something more attractive.
4. Depth of Field. The blurryness in the foreground and super blurry tree in the background are REALLY overdone. This is probably the biggest culprit in making the image look like a physical model. In reality you would never have such a focal contrast like this.
