Nice render.
I like the color tones in the render. Nice water material. Don't like the design of the house personally.

Hi, this is my first ever post ! :)
... Love the atmosphere of the house... dosent all have to be warm and cozy ! Its different and very cool (no pun intended)
My 2 cents: Some indication of wind would add to the atmosphere eg. Bent plants, a few flying leaves and maybe one that fell in the water ?

Yeah, great render Carson, but I thought the objective of viz was to "sell" the space :-)... why the gloomy feel? and dead l/scaping?

The render is fine. The house looks like sombody went away 1 year and 2 month ago leaving the house at itselfe. How about some warm lightning inside? Blur the poolwater bump map a little IMO. Great render otherwise and very realistic. RK
