Located on the northern tip of Hobsonville Point, with a waterfront view, Jimmy's Point is a distinctive residential offering within Winton's expansive Launch Bay precinct. Our primary objective was to effectively market the unique allure of this coastal site, showcasing the unparalleled seaside living experience it offers. To accomplish this, we planned and executed a captivating late afternoon drone shoot, ensuring that the water views took center stage in nearly every image.
The interior styling of Jimmy's Point exudes a perfect blend of contemporary luxury with a distinct nautical twist. Through a thoughtful selection of blues, timber, and rattan, we created an ambience that evokes a sense of coastal sophistication. Adding a touch of depth and cohesion, the subtle use of burnt red in the artwork and pots harmoniously ties the interior elements to the terracotta facade, forging a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
