Thanks for the comments JAVAD, i wish i have much time to do that just rush to make another concept last night and the rendering which is took me 1 and half hour for both images then i just simply processed in lightroom for this morning presentation, but the client they choose the first Option that i Posted last couple of days ago. now the project is on the move.. :)

nice design,but i think it can be more realistic
