Responsibilities:
- Represent the company on the international market - mainly EU countries, USA, UAE, Singapore
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan, exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business leads, generating interest in our cutting-edge real-time Archviz solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales cycle, securing lucrative deals.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field (e.g., sales, marketing).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating significant revenue.
- Strong understanding of the architecture, real estate, or design industries (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions with a consultative approach.
