We want to expand our client services team with various positions, including Account Executives and an Account Director, to oversee business development activities and nurture strategic relationships. 
 
These roles require those with a passion for visualisation in the real estate/property sectors and a track record in business development, work-winning and account management. 
 
We are looking for dynamic team players with the enthusiasm to represent a range of complementary service offerings and deal with clients in many sectors. You will have countless opportunities to introduce our next-generation solutions to the market and join us in our ongoing quest to transform the nature of visual engagement in our industry.

Qualifications

Required skills, experience and attributes include:

  • Solid grasp of architectural visualisation as a service
  • Experience/training in at least one industry profession (i.e. architecture)
  • Excellent written English and confidence in preparing professional documentation 
  • Ability to use CRM systems: register deals, produce reports and analytics
  • Familiar with project management platforms
  • Proven track record of sales and client relationships (ideally built environment)
  • Existing relationships within the AEC sector
  • Passionate about the industry, networking and at ease with public speaking & presenting 
  • Motivation for sales, prospecting & sales strategy development 

 Additional desirable skills:

  • First-hand experience with media production (CGI/film) processes
  • Foundation knowledge of xR technologies
  • Understanding of digital twins, metaverse concepts and digital design workflows
  • Previous leadership of strategy development, notable sales growth and market outcomes
  • Evidence of post-graduate self-development
