Senior Project Manager (Architectural 3D Visualisation)

What we need:
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Project Managers and supporting the creative teams from inception to delivery. Having the ability to work directly with clients, project managers, creative teams, and the Managing Director in order to deliver outstanding 3D productions is a requirement to fulfill this role. You will ensure project management standards are maintained within our production pipeline to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. You will look for opportunities to upskill and mentor junior team members. Above all, you will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded by delivering high-quality animations.

Qualifications
The required characteristics, attributes, skills & experience:
First, you will share our passion for creating Architectural 3D visualisations and be someone that actually pursues continuous learning and development.
- Experience with project management, resources management, and team management.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
- A good historical record of long-term employment
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritise tasks
- 7+ years experience in a similar role
- Can-do, positive and solution-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and upskill beyond the current skill as needed
- Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to creative artists
- Ability to work autonomously as required, making decisions and driving projects forward
- Manage quality control to ensure we achieve the highest quality results
- Responsible, reliable, accountable, and good attendance history
- You have a strong work ethic, team player, and are an active communicator
- An exceptional eye for detail
