One Saint Stephens

One Saint Stephens has garnered a reputation as the epitome of luxury apartment developments in New Zealand, making it a highly anticipated collaboration for our team. This marks our fourth partnership with industry leaders Cooper & Associates and Clearwater Construction, building on the successes of Outlook, Elm Remuera, and One Wairua. With an extensive collection of over 30 renders, our aim was to showcase every facet of the building, including its diverse range of apartment options, breathtaking panoramic views, exceptional amenities, and its coveted proximity to the Cathedral.

To bring this vision to life, we worked closely with the talented team at Map+ Architects and Interior Designer, Gretl Lukas, who provided invaluable guidance on styling and intricate details. Despite the challenges of dressing numerous interior scenes, we embraced the immense task with dedication and creativity. Currently in the construction phase, this project continues to unfold, promising to exceed expectations.
