The theme of the facade design was the first point that we have deepened in the renovation. Today, the balconies have a metal balustrade with vertical struts. The triangular balconies are such a striking trademark of the house that we transferred it to the glass facade. the use of the interior has not yet been determined, but even there the theme of the dreicks is resumed.
