Medical Hub Remuera

Situated at 333 Remuera Road in the heart of the village, Medical Hub Remuera is an exceptional redevelopment of Tudor Mall into an upscale, shared medical facility. Designed by Fearon Hay, this Manhattan Capital project features a modern glass façade on Remuera Road and an intricate mesh screen facing the Norana Ave car park. Inside, the interior design evokes a contemporary art gallery with textured walls, polished floors, exposed ceilings, translucent panelling, and feature lighting. With its sophisticated interiors and cutting-edge building services, the facility is poised to attract leading health and medical companies, catering to the needs of a discerning clientele seeking elevated healthcare experiences.

Our task was to create a 3D animation to market the building to potential tenants. With limited material, we crafted a compelling narrative that showcased the proposed medical facility in Remuera. The animation seamlessly transitions from the exterior to the interior circulation zones, highlighting bespoke details, tonal materials and textured surfaces. The inclusion of a mock tenancy inspired by Aesop stores adds depth to the animation, breaking up the visual flow and capturing attention.

The animation concludes at the rear entrance, employing captivating cameras and subtle foliage movement to create a sense of dynamism. The result is a visually stunning depiction of the intricacies of the architectural design. Our craftsmanship shines through in the technical proficiency and artistic cinematography, creating an impressive visualisation of this sophisticated and elegant scheme.
