Real del Mar Residence

Full development of a 3 bedroom home secluded near the coast. 

Began as conceptual architectural diagrams, to full distribution, volumes, materials and detailing. Developed in Sketchup, Lumion 10 and postprocessed with Photoshop.

A very warm, light filled home with some industrial detailing. Going for a very spacious and airy feel. In development and scheduled to begin construction by late 2021.
