On a steep hill in Plauen, Germany, two new apartment blocks will appear. The project is named after the dividing stairway between the blocks, the 'Rosentreppe' or Rose Stairway. Because of the location on the hill these apartments can maximize from the beautiful views of the surrounding area that is German Vogtland.
