The Spire - Worlds tallest Skyscraper

The Spire, a conceptual Skyscraper in London's Canary Wharf is 871 metres tall and 210 floors which would make it taller than any other completed skyscraper as of today.

Features
🏊‍♀️ An underground Cenote similar to the fun natural pits or sinkholes that expose underground water found in the Yucatan Peninsula (seemed a lot more fun than a swimming pool)
🏟️ A 101st floor concert and theatre venue which also transforms into a garden by day.
☕ A 208th floor cafe, garden and bar.

The images are realtime renders as we built the concept for VR headsets. The concept pushes the limit of what is allowed as currently the height limit for tall buildings in London is 309.6m. London also has one of the fewest Skyscrapers of any major city in the world by a margin. New York has 10x more and Hong Kong around 15x.

We're building VR/AR and CG for practical industry use cases in Construction and Manufacturing such as Digital Twins and Design. Reach out to us at virtualworlds@boseman.co
