The designers emphasized Quality of life in their plans. With homes designed for singles, couples, and families, almost every single unit has its own balcony or private terrace. Green areas dot the compound and there is even an underground car park.
We created these 3D visualizations in close collaboration with our clients, IFA AG. The images show how the façade couples harmoniously with the surrounding open space. It is an effective part of the campaign to publicize the ambitious project and attract residents.
